The management
of the country's protected areas and the conservation of wildlife is pursued
through the formulation and implementation of policies and strategies
for the establishment, protection, and rehabilitation of national parks,
wildlife sanctuaries, and pother environmentally sensitive areas. |

Component
activities include the conduct of inventory of resources within these
areas, the enforcement of the proper utilization of protected areas and
wildlife, the development of wildlife management skills, and the formulation
of conservation education packages. |
