Ang explains that the alleged coal ash residue spewed by the San Miguel Global Power Plant (SMGPP) in Limay, Bataan was actually a limestone powder, which they cannot transfer to a holding facility for lack of a transport permit. In response, Lopez agreed to facilitate the processing of the transport permit for the stockpile once the company has submitted all the requirements. ###
