DENR Undersecretary for Solid Waste Management and Local Government Concerns Benny Antiporda discusses before the Vice Mayor of General Luna, Veronico G. Solloso and other municipal officials about the willingness of the National Solid Waste Office to help the LGU of General Luna, Siargao Islands in their proper waste disposal program amidst the absence of a good sanitary landfill site that would cater to the residents and tourists establishments.
