DENR Caraga Regional Executive Director Nonito M. Tamayo leads the blessing ceremony of two (2) brand new high-end pick-up trucks (4x4 and 4x2) today, May 24, 2021 at the DENR Regional Covered Court, Ambago, Butuan City.

The acquisition of the 2 vehicle units will be mainly used for the intensified monitoring and enforcement of environment laws within the region, particularly on forest protection and anti-illegal logging activities.

Rev. Fr. Felixberto Florita officiated the blessing of the new vehicles witnessed by OIC, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services Atty. Claudio A. Nistal Jr., Enforcement Division (ED) Chief Modesto U. Lagumbay Jr., and ED Asst. Chief Leonila L. Rosales.

Proper health protocols were observed during the activity.
