DENR Caraga Regional Executive Director Nonito M. Tamayo graces the 24th Recognition Day of the DENR Caraga Gender and Development Day Care and Drop-In-Center with the theme "Batang hinubog para maging maka-Diyos, makakalikasan, makabayan, makatao, at mabuting mamamayan sa kinabukasan", at the Regional Learning Center in Brgy. Ambago, Butuan City on July 6, 2023. A total of 29 pupils attended the event.
