Some 21 officers from the Manila and Central Visayas regional offices of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) are proud recipients of the Wildlife Law Enforcement Awards from the Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in recognition for their invaluable support in the campaign against illegal wildlife trade in the country. Leading the presentation of the awards, held Tuesday (March 5, 2019) at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center in Quezon City, are DENR Asst. Secretary Ricardo Calderon and BMB Director Crisanta Marlene Rodriguez (4th& 5th from left, back row).
