DENR Caraga headed by Regional Executive Director Nonito M. Tamayo conducts Streamlining and Process Improvement of Critical Services (SPICS) Virtual Meeting on April 26, 2021.

Among the topics discussed/presented were the Issues of CY 2020 SPICS, CY 2021 Citizen's Charter (5th Edition) and Streamlining Monitoring Forms (SMFs).

The activity was facilitated by the Planning and Management Division headed by Chief Antonieta A. Jurado, and was attended by SPICS Focal Persons from the field offices.
