DENR Caraga top officials headed by Regional Executive Director Nonito M. Tamayo attend the 2nd Command Conference for DENR Mindanao Cluster on May 27, 2021 via zoom meeting application.

The conference was called upon by Assistant Secretary for Field Operations-Mindanao and Legislative Affairs, Joan A. Lagunda in preparation for the upcoming Virtual DENR Management Conference on May 31 to June 1, 2021.

The activity aims to consolidate the region's status of accomplishments based on the agreements during the First Mindanao Command Conference last January 2021; compile financial accomplishment/status as of May 15; and identify the issues and concerns of the five (5) regions.

RED Tamayo was chosen as one of the Best DENR Officials during the conference. It was selected based on the criteria which include visual presentation, mastery, delivery, content, and time management.

Also present during the event are OIC-ARD for Technical Services Atty. Claudio A. Nistal Jr., OIC-ARD for Management Services Maritess M. Ocampo, and the Planning and Management Division Chief Antonietta A. Jurado.
