Surigao del Norte OIC-PENRO Agapito T. Patubo with Siargao Island Protected Landscape and Seascape (SIPLAS) Protected Area Superintendent (PASu) DMO IV Samuel L. Malayao attends the State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) of Honorable Mayor Elizabeth T. Matugas of the local government unit of Dapa, Siargao Islands, Surigao del Norte held at the town’s stadium on August 23, 2023.  PENRO Patubo and PASu Malayao have extended their steadfast support to the vision of the LGU-Dapa in sustainable development through the co-existence of socio-economic development and environment conservation.
