DENR Caraga headed by Regional Executive Director Nonito M. Tamayo, CESO lll solidified its partnership with the Caraga Mines Environmental Management Council Incorporated (CMEMCI) and RCG Construction as they signed the Ground Breaking-Contract Signing for the construction of the Caraga Regional Wildlife Rescue Center on Sept. 2, 2021 at Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte.

The activity aims to address the enhancement of the rescue center to be a more secure facility for all the deposited wildlife thereat.

Present during the contract signing were Mr. JJam S. Cutillas, President, CMEMCI, Hon. Aristotle E. Montante, Mayor,Municipality of Kitcharao,Agusan del Norte, Engr. Larry M. Heradez, OIC, Regional Director ,MGB Reg. Xlll, Engr. Albert G. Arcamo, OIC, Regional Director, EMB Xlll, Forester Achilles Anthony C. Ebron, PENR Officer,PENRO Agusan del Norte, Nelson Caranzo,CENR Officer,Tubay and representatives from mining companies.

Health protocols were observed during the activity.
