DENR Caraga in partnership with EMB Caraga spearheaded of Task Force Siargao

DENR Caraga in partnership with EMB Caraga spearheaded the first batch of the third wave of Task Force Siargao in various Barangays within the Municipalities of Del Carmen, San Isidro, Socorro, San Benito, Sta. Monica, and Burgos in Siargao Islands, Surigao del Norte on September 6-17, 2021.

The activity aims to inspect and monitor the compliance of various establishments to environmental laws and policies.

The teams are composed of personnel from DENR Caraga Regional Office, EMB Caraga Regional Office, PENR Office of Surigao del Norte, and PAMO SIPLAS.

All the team members tested negative for Covid-19 and proper health protocols were followed during the conduct of the activity.
